Thoughts can be incredibly controlling, but they don't have to be.
In the same way that we can learn to respond in a helpful way to our symptoms we can also respond to our thoughts in a way that disempowers them.
I talk about the 4 ways I found the most powerful:
1. Say No.
2. Say Yes.
3. Don't itch it.
4. Name it.
I also talk about religious OCD, (scrupulosity). If you would like an article by Michael Emlet sent to you, shoot me an email! [email protected]
