In this episode I discuss how important it is to understand the following four things.
1.pain is produced by the brain.
2. pain is a protector that the brain sends as a warning of danger to us.
3 The brain can produce pain when warning us of not only physical harm, but also of emotional harm.
4. The brain can become hyper-vigilant to feeling unsafe.
The good news is that you can retrain this alarm and turn off the pain.
