A new comprehensive report by the national Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine, concludes vaping e-cigarettes containing nicotine can be addictive. It also states this may put teenagers who use them at a high risk of smoking. Host Dan Loney talks with Adam Leventhal, Author of this report and Director of the University of California's Health, Emotion & Addiction Laboratory, and David Savitz, Professor of Epidemiology at Brown University School of Public Health who helped put this report together, to discuss the findings on Knowledge@Wharton.
