Show Notes

The Barry & Marie Lipman Family Prize at the University of Pennsylvania is an annual global prize that celebrates leadership and innovation in the social sector with an emphasis on impact and transferability of practices. In this Leadership in Action special, we meet the 2019 honorees. In this segment, we interview Lisa Moon, President and CEO of the Global FoodBanking Network, an international non-profit organization based in Chicago that nourishes the world’s hungry through launching and strengthening food banks in more than 30 countries. Last year, GFN member food banks rescued and redirected food to more than 9 million people facing hunger.
