Robert Field is a Lecturer in the Wharton Health Care Management Department; Professor of Health Management and Policy at Drexel University's Dornsife School of Public Health; and Professor of Law at Drexel's Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Andy Bindman is a Professor of Medicine at University California San Francisco; and Senior Advisor in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation at the US Department of Health and Human Services.
