My Child Needs Therapy, What Should I Expect Next?

When Christina, Melissa, and Tracy's children face mental health challenges, they must overcome a stigmatized waitlist of nine to eleven months to get a diagnosis, while actively creating a positive environment for their children to seek help. You will learn how to recognize and tackle mental health challenges in children and uncover any hidden issues. "Our children with mental health challenges, they work so hard. If you have anxiety, you have to have that internal dialogue in your head that it's okay, I can do this. It's okay. Don't be nervous about that. It's okay. If I can breathe, don't hold it together. Breathe in, breathe out. Practice some calming techniques."
