March 10, 1946 Ray Maland who would win the Oscar for "The Lost Weekend" (1945) guest stars on the Luck Strike Program starring Jack Benny. They spoof the movie and have a lot of fun with the success of the film.

March 9, 1952 Jack gets ready for the fourth show of the second season of his TV show, which would air later that night on CBS with guest stars George Burns and Gracie Allen. It's the Old Time Radio show "The Lucky Strike Program".

March 3, 1946 - This episode features Frank Nelson the YEEESSSS! guy as a real estate agent. But the show really pick up when Jack gets to the studio and meets the gang. February 24, 1946 - The Jack Benny Program from Palm Springs. The Hot Dog Man (who would later be called Mr.Kitzel) is featured as Jack and Mary roam the streets before showing up late for their own show. Seabiscuit was a popular race horse in the 1930's and 1940's. In this episode we feature the actual horse race from 1937, the day before this episode of the Jack Benny Show. Plus Jack's excuses are up, will be play "the Bee" on his violin? What about Fred Allen?

February 16, 1936 & April 19, 1936 - The Jello Program starring Jack Benny. This old Time Radio episode is REALLY old, 80 years ago. Many of the recording from that year have been lost to history. Only about 10 minutes of the episode "Drug Store" has survived. The same is true for the episode "I've Got a Heavy Date" two month later. The two episodes have been seamlessly edited together to create one full episode (although this is still a bit of skipping). It's still a funny OTR episode.

February 14, 1954 - It's Valentine's Day, which is also Jacks birthday. This is one of the more famous episode of the Jack Benny Program. This Day in Jack Benny 62 year ago today.

February 10, 1946 - Eddie Cator was a singer of outrageous novelty songs in the 1920s, like "Yes! We have no Bananas" and "If You Knew Susie". He was the guest star This Day in Jack Benny in 1946 on the Lucky Strike Program.

February 6, 1938 - This is an episode of the Jello Program starring Jack Benny in which they mix up the format. Jack is late, and hilarity ensues! Another great episode from the greatest OTR (old time radio) show.
