Hey investors. Our guest today, Brian Pant, is here to debunk some misinformation that might be circling around about Multifamily Investing. Thinking he did not have enough money or experience to begin his real estate journey with Multifamily, he started with single family acquisitions as a side hustle to his IT sales career. 4 years of tenants and toilets later, Brian could not deny the shortcomings of this initial decision. The returns did not justify all the work! He sold off his 6 units and moved his future large apartment complexes. Last year was a celebration for Brian when he was able to quit his W2 to pursue Multifamily full time. Today he's involved in 13 deals with over 2200 doors and he wants to tell you why and how you can do it too!
