Tim has worked for and consulted many startups over the years. Here are a few of his proudest achievements:
– Helping two startups receive 1.7 million euros Horizon 2020 funding. – Increasing MRR of one startup from 80k to 300k in less than 18 months. (valuation = $30m) – Restructuring multiple companies to optimize day-to-day processes, build stronger teams and encourage growth from within. – Completing projects like implementation of OKRs, building company dashboards, rebranding, and product launches.
Tim teaches in two Barcelona universities and also offers to coach to students, growth professionals, and entrepreneurs. He loves helping people realize their potential and bring their ideas to life!
