Having your own podcast is a great tool to grow your business and grow your clients because it's a great prospecting tool that many people don't think about. First and foremost you have to do it because you love it and you're sharing advice and guidance and interviewing people to really make a difference in other people's lives. It really has to have that that servant leadership element to it, but it's a great way to get exposure keep yourself in front of people.
