Spencer Garrett – 3rd generation actor – Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty. Bosch, For All Mankind, Credits upon, Credits. Spencer works…but the convo that really got to me was the evolution of his roles and how he managed to stay relevant in the industry for nearly 40 years, along with his perseverance in the acting profession. The shift from in-person auditions to self-tapes and the adjustments he had to make to succeed in this new audition format. Just to name a few. Spencer gives a great talk in this episode.
