So many amazing hats Deji wears and I'm here for it. Deji and I met on the set of BOSCH...way back in season one. We had a very similar story...not knowing what BOSCH was going to turn into -- but loved the journey. Deji has since gone on to create his on series...JOHNSON...which he stars in, co-showruns, writes on -- all the things and it's pretty amazing.
This conversation was so transcending on so many levels. Why he wrote his series. Why there's Power in creating your own material.
