Sometimes things just happen when you are in the middle of a show. We started off talking 2024 football schedule, then the heartbreaking news of former defensive line coach Brad Lawing passing broke. Then track coach Curtis Frye, a legend, announces his retirement. There was some hoops scheduling news in there, too. Chris Phillips of The Spurs Up Show, who spent time with Lawing recently, just happened to be scheduled. Then later in the show, Ben Portnoy from The State joins us to discuss his "scanned tickets" article which has caused great debate. We did not agree, but it was good to get his perspective. Emotional day, but we made it. Rest in Peace, Coach Lawing.
