JC Shurburtt takes a look at the volume of currently rated blue chip prospects that Shane Beamer and the South Carolina football program are in on and have a realistic chance to land for the Class of 2026 per the updated 247Sports Composite (consensus of all major recruiting media outlets including On3, 247Sports, ESPN and Rivals) prospect rankings. There are two such prospects already committed and more than a dozen other realistic targets, but the Gamecocks will have to reverse a recent trend in the state of North Carolina to land some of the top players on their board.
