South Carolina has a good chance to have a record number of football players drafted in this spring's NFL Draft and already has set a record with 11 players invited to the NFL Scouting Combine, which started this week in Indianapolis. The Gamecocks were tied with Ole Miss for the fourth-most nationally and only College Football Playoff participants Georgia (SEC Champion), Texas (semifinalist) and Ohio State (National Champion) had more. So it is critical for 2025 that Carolina replaces it. JC Shurburtt takes you back to the last time the Gamecocks had a lot of great players drafted to take a look at what happened.
