In this solo podcast I discuss the concept of "antifragility" as applied to children, then our healthcare system as a whole. Health 1.0 and it's transformation to 2.0 are reviewed, along with the new emergent of Health 3.0 and some illustrative lessons from my now-closed clinic, Turntable Health.
