Kyrsten Sinema plans to raise money from business groups that oppose the budget bill. Joe Manchin raised a red flag over his Democratic colleagues’ push to include a carbon tax in the reconciliation package. West Virginia activists in kayaks and electric boats converged on Manchin's yacht in Washington, D.C. on Monday to protest the right-wing Democrats continued obstruction of his own party's reconciliation package.
