After perhaps the best podcast debut ever talking about being and End-of-Life Doula, Nikki is back and this time we talk about her personal journey navigating life with an all-consuming eating disorder, body image issues, social anxiety, horrible self-esteem, obsessive thinking (and behaving) and lots more. Again, this might seem like a ‘downer’ of a conversation but on many levels, it’s actually uplifting, beautiful and empowering. It’s also wildly honest, brave and authentic. This is a great chat for people dealing with their own challenges but I also believe it will be enlightening and educational for people (without issues) who are interested in knowing and understanding more.
