You know the stuff you know without knowing how or why you know it? The stuff you’ve never been taught or told but somehow know? Some people consider this kind of ‘knowing’ a type of instinct or intuition. Some think it comes from a place more divine or spiritual. I think it’s a gift. I call it my internal Sat-Nav. It’s the life guidance system that I can’t explain but nonetheless, use daily. Whatever it is, wherever it comes from, it’s served me well over the years. I believe we all have access to a type of intelligence (knowing, insight, awareness) that doesn’t always ‘make sense’ and can’t always be explained. I was recently of Tiff’s show (Roll with the Punches) and we chatted about all this and more. Enjoy.
