Show Notes

Michelle Errichiello was twenty-four years old, minding her own business and putting out some bins when a car careered off the road, pinned her against a wall and she experienced what is known as a ‘traumatic amputation’. That is, her right leg was immediately severed above the knee. If not for the quick thinking and amazing skills of an off-duty firefighter, Michelle (with her femoral artery severed) would have died in minutes. That moment in time was the beginning of an amazing journey for a resourceful, resilient, courageous and slightly-scary woman.
