Lisa Alexander is one of the most winning coaches in the history of Australian sport, having coached the Australia Netball Team (The Diamonds) to 83 wins from 102 test matches, giving her a rare (for professional sport) 81% winning record and making her the most capped Australian coach of all time. In this episode, Lisa and I talk about what makes a great coach and why. And no, we're not just talking about sporting coaches but rather, anyone in any leadership, teaching or coaching role in any field. It seems that certain skills, attributes and qualities are relevant and transferable across industries, environments and contexts.
