This casual chat with Tiff turned out to be quite personally revealing for both of us, given some of the private revelations on such a public platform. We both spoke about our individual predisposition(s) to be somewhat obsessive, addictive and periodically irrational (over the years). We also talked about some of the more curious things we've each done (and hidden from people), the idea of hitting the pause button on our day-to-day life for a period of time (a month or more), the ego of thinking that we're unique and special when we're literally one of eight billion, giving our parents a 'break', how I got totally addicted to training as a kid (I was crazy), a thing called anorexia athletica, why music is therapy for me and lots more.
