Frank Morano represents New York City’s 51st Council District, encompassing Staten Island’s South Shore communities, including New Springville, Willowbrook, Bulls Head, Travis, Freshkills Park, Oakwood, Richmondtown, Great Kills, Eltingville, Arden Heights, Rossville, Annadale, Huguenot, Prince’s Bay, Woodrow, Tottenville, and Charleston.
