Through a series of events in life, Anh Chi came to yoga, meditation, and learned to release the stories in the mind and inhabit her body. 

She and Arlia discuss how Anh Chi became a yoga instructor, her self-care practices, dismantling the stories of the mind, comparison and competition among women, how the ego keeps its power, and much more.
