However they can also affect diversity and inclusion efforts from a company due to the biases preconceptions that the people involved have. Aline Lerner, CEO of interviewing.io is making bias-free hiring a reality. Aline explained how bias in hiring can be tackled using technology. We also talked about why resumes are not a great hiring tool, and what she has learned from studying thousands of interviews.
