Starkville: After breaking curses and bringing championships to the Red Sox and Cubs, Theo Epstein is now working to fix Major League Baseball. Starkville opens up in it’s new location and Jayson Stark and Doug Glanville welcome Theo to town. He explains why baseball is resistant to change and the guys break down the new rules coming to the minor leagues and how they can bring about a renaissance in the sport.
Jayson and Doug also discuss what Opening Day means and whether or not Spring Training numbers matter at all. Listener Trivia is back with Ryan Thompson doing his best to stump Starkville.
