In this episode, Danielle (She's trained in psychedelic-informed practices) and I explore what it's like to integrate personal transformation into paddling and adventure sports. The episode is really about this integration rather than the specifics of psychedelic facilitation and a lot of our conversations surprised me (as someone who doesn't really "do drugs"). ---Danielle is a whitewater kayaking, kiteboarding, mountain biking, rock climbing, and snowboarding.
