CBA talks fell apart. The first week of the regular season has been canceled. What the heck happened?! Chuck Garfien and Ryan McGuffey are here to try and pick up the pieces of a lockout that unfortunately continues. They'll react to the negotiations that went south as well as the Rob Manfred and Tony Clark press conferences. Then, Chuck speaks with ESPN's Jesse Rogers who was in Jupiter, FL for the entire CBA negotiations. They'll dive into the proposals, what prevented the two sides from coming to an agreement and how long the lockout might continue.
