Show Notes
Since 2025 marks the 125th year of the White Sox franchise, we’re bringing former White Sox players onto the podcast throughout the year to talk about their time on the South Side. Today, it’s Ray Durham who played on the White Sox from 1995-2002. He made two All-Star teams, scored over 100 runs in six straight seasons and had the longest run at second base for the White Sox since Hall of Famer Nellie Fox. Chuck Garfien speaks with Ray about his White Sox career, the shock of being traded in 2002, missing out on the 2005 World Series, playing with Frank Thomas and Ozzie Guillen, being Barry Bonds teammate in San Francisco and more.
