The Smurl family claimed their humble duplex was under siege by a malevolent force—one that growled through walls, hurled furniture, and even assaulted family members. Their story gained national attention when famed paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren declared it a case of true demonic infestation. Priests, sceptics, psychologists, and the media all weighed in—but the family never wavered in their belief that something evil lived within their home.
