December, 28 2025, 9AM; The meeting comes at a critical moment as Kiev is currently recovering from a deadly assault on the nation’s capital. Zelenskyy said the city was hit by roughly 40 missiles and five-hundred drones and slammed Russia over the strikes in a post on social media. He further accused Russian representatives of engaging in lengthy peace talks, but said in reality, their drone and missile strikes speak for them. Alex Tabet joins The Weekend to discuss what to expect at the meeting between the two leaders.
