December, 21 2025 8AM;Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem shared video on X of a helicopter landing on the deck of the ship before dawn on Saturday. It's the second time in less than two weeks that U.S. forces stopped a vessel off of the coast, and comes days after President Trump announced a "blockade" of all sanctioned oil tankers entering or leaving Venezuela. President Donald Trump, who campaigned on "no new wars" has refused to rule out war with Venezuela. Evelyn Farkas and David Rohde join The Weekend to discuss the rising tensions between Venezuela and the U.S.
