It's an important question, and a lot of the analysis has been twisted by one political narrative or another. We wanted to dig into what the law actually says and the ripple effects it can and is already having in education, so we asked Tobias Wolff, the Jefferson B. Fordham Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School to come on the podcast and explain.
