With quarantine and more people isolating themselves, it makes sense, but does that make it a bad thing? What role does social media play in feeling lonely? And, what can we do to remedy it? Dr. Jaime Zuckerman is a licensed clinical psychologist from Delaware Valley. She talks about what causes loneliness and when to know to ask for help.
