Larry Krasner: Philly's District Attorney on how to fight the gun violence crisis

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner announced a new initiative last month that involved assistant district attorneys being placed in individual police districts or stations. It's based off of a model used in Chicago that resulted in a decrease in shootings and homicides.
