Do you need permission to grant yourself time off? It took me hearing it from a friend and colleague, and today I want to be that person for you if you need it. Take this sacred holiday time and be present with your family! While I am pushing pause on pumping out content and slowing down, I'm still putting a slower pace to work for me by spending time in reflection. As the year wraps up I'd encourage you to grab a journal and commit your year to reflection as well. We talk about:
