Your morning Washington weather update
Multiple flood alerts are in effect across Washington today, with the most serious conditions developing in river valleys and low-lying areas. Heavy rainfall overnight has pushed several waterways to flood stage, particularly in Western Washington. This morning starts mild at 52 degrees with rain tapering off after an intense overnight downpour that peaked around 5 A.M.
