Winter Weather Advisories are in effect across multiple regions of Washington today, with snow expected in the mountain passes and above 3,000 feet elevation. This April Fool's Day is bringing some legitimate winter conditions that will impact travel through Thursday. We're starting the morning with rain across most of western Washington, with temperatures in the mid-40s.
