Multiple flood warnings are in effect across Washington this Monday morning, with fourteen alerts total impacting rivers and low-lying areas throughout the state. The most serious flooding concerns are concentrated along major river systems, so if you live near waterways, now's the time to review your flood preparations. This morning started wet with rain moving through between 2 and 5 A.M., hitting hardest around 5 o'clock with coverage reaching over ninety percent.
