Multiple flood warnings are in effect across Washington this Saturday, with 81 active weather alerts as rain-on-snow conditions create dangerous rises on streams and creeks, particularly in the Idaho Panhandle and eastern portions of the state. This morning starts cool with temperatures in the low 40s and calm conditions across most areas. By early afternoon, expect highs to reach 49 degrees around 4 P.M.
