Multiple flood warnings are in effect across Washington today, with 42 active weather alerts as heavy rain continues to saturate already swollen rivers and streams. The most serious flooding concerns are concentrated along major river systems throughout western and central portions of the state. This Thursday brings persistent rain through the morning hours, with a 98 percent chance of precipitation around 5 A.M.
