Transitions are these moments or periods of change. Or a shift in our rhythm, environment or body that can cause upheaval or a disturbance. Often they leave us not wanting to do the things we normally do. In todays Ep, I talk about transitions and how to navigate them. If you’re going through a transition, be gentle with yourself.
