Episode 215: Taking the stress and overwhelm out of gut healing with The Gut Goddess

In today’s EP, I’m joined by Madisen (AKA The Gut Goddess). Madisen has a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition and is Primal Health Coach. She spent a decade of her life trying to ‘heal her gut’ - doing all the restrictive gut healing diets (everything from vegan to carnivore), spending thousands of dollars on supplements, and bouncing around from practitioner to practitioner, all to be left with lingering bloating, loose stools, acne, fatigue, a long list of foods to avoid and no hope she would ever feel normal again.

In 2016, she completed started her Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition, and soon after started working with a coach.  It was during this time that she learned all about the nervous system, hormones, stress and metabolism and how they ALL impact the gut. She now helps people heal their gut through her group coaching program and one-on-one coaching.
