Q - “As a coach, how do you lead your clients when they feel they don’t have the capacity to change their energy leaks? i.e.: Relationships, kids, work, finances. As in, they can’t see a way out of their stress” AND Q - “What if you can see that a client is stressed but won’t acknowledge it or adapt? Would it be asking them how her food intake, sleep, etc., to get them to dig deeper?”
I was asked these two questions last week, so I thought I’d jump on and record my answers. In today’s episode, I talk more about stress. I share more about how I help women acknowledge and understand stress. I also talk about how to measure stress, the importance of resilience and energy.
