Welcome to our snapshot series, where we delve into the essence of who God is. In this journey, we will explore these foundational truths about God's character, aiming to impart them in a way that allows us to speak these profound aspects into the lives of our children.
The concept of God's mercy is central to the understanding of His nature. Romans 9:15-16 highlights God's mercy is His active goodness on our behalf, acknowledging that despite our sins, God, in His mercy and goodness, acts on our behalf.
As we spend time contemplating God's mercy, we gain a deeper understanding of what it means and how it influences our relationship with Him. The acknowledgment of God's merciful nature becomes a source of comfort and assurance, allowing us to draw near to the throne of grace with confidence because our God is merciful.
