After months of not taking a position, Donald Trump announced that he believes it should be up to the states to decide what the abortion rights are. Steve Schmidt reacts to the announcement and says that Trump is once again playing "a double game on social issues." He also bashes the Republican party that has increasingly inserted themselves into the bedrooms of Americans and says that "no man would tolerate this" type of legislation.
