S1 Ep 3Yoga and what it has to do with running

E

(I accidentally cursed once during this, so this is why the explicit content is selected)We try many methods to stick to stretching. The Yoga gyms I have found in the New Orleans area and how it (yoga) brought me to starting Soul School. This episode contains emotion. A little hard truth about my experiences in 2021-2022.I am a peaceful warrior (also my favorite yoga pose) and will not ever choose the path of tearing someone apart to build myself up.As the theme of Anger is presented (and will be consistently brought up), it has been the toughest emotion for me to understand and process.I struggle with the overwhelming balance it takes to be a single mother. It is made more complicated with my child's autism diagnosis solely because if she's overstimulated, there is an excellent chance that I am experiencing sensory overload in the same space and time.I am learning from the universe the purpose of experiencing the cards life has dealt to me in the past five years and am learning to embrace the beauty created from the chaos.
