In this episode of the Walk, I answer a question that was raised by a journalist who interviewed me about my new book 'Lent for Little Folk'. She had noticed that the book focused quite a bit on self development during Lent, and she wondered how that related to the religious, 'vertical' dimension of faith during this time.
