After a career as a musician and actor, and a decade of experiencing both depression and insomnia, Steve was able to turn things around through pragmatic positivity and changing the way he thought and acted in his life!
We have a waffle about how he has turned his experiences into a platform to help others and how journaling has impacted his life in a positive way!
Steve also has an incredible podcast called Flourish where he has been joined by the likes of Tom Daley, Reggie Yates and Matt Willis!
