Shell was first diagnosed with non-hodgkin lymphoma and has been on a rollercoaster of transplants, tears and TikTok ever since
I first discovered Shell on TikTok after videos of the legend went viral with the brilliant 'Anything but Hair' Campaign. I can't tell you how much of an honour it was to hear the inspiring story behind how it started and how her pain became her purpose
We waffle about the impact the Teenage Cancer Trust has had on her journey, her love of filmmaking and why it's so important to be more present
Shell is genuinely a ray of sunshine and even though our situations are very very different, she gave me hope and motivation to keep going, keep waffling and more importantly, to never give up
